We are pleased to announce that AshTrans® will take place in Mumbai, India, on 15–16 February 2027, at the Sofitel Mumbai BKC, bringing the AshTrans platform to one of the world’s fastest-growing construction and infrastructure markets.

This two-day event will convene key stakeholders from the Indian supplementary cementitious materials (SCM) consumer market, with a strong focus on the cement industry, alongside SCM providers—most prominently energy producers—as well as logistics and technology partners supporting the ash supply chain.

Hosted in Mumbai, India’s commercial capital and a major hub for infrastructure development and industrial growth, the event will provide a dynamic setting for high-level networking, market intelligence, and strategic discussion on the evolving role of fly ash and alternative SCMs in India.

The AshTrans conference was first held in Copenhagen in September 2013, created to fill a gap in the market by focusing on the commercial and logistical aspects of the coal ash supply chain. Unlike existing technical forums such as EuroCoalAsh and WOCA, AshTrans was designed as a dedicated platform for business leaders across the power by-product industry to connect, network, and conduct commercial discussions.
